CS Hub (ICT) was created from a simple observation: many students were struggling with computer setup, basic digital skills, and the ICT knowledge required to succeed in their academic and professional journeys. The initiative was established to make technology more accessible through practical, peer-driven supportThe problem
Many students had limited practical ICT skills despite technology being essential to their studies and future careers. Students frequently needed assistance setting up and configuring their computers and software. The lack of accessible, judgment-free technical support created a barrier for students trying to develop their digital capabilities. Teachers and staff also needed stronger digital skills to effectively integrate technology into their work
